Job description
MAIN PURPOSE
Contribute to retail operation within specialist. Introduce Cartier retail expertise to specialist network and accumulate retail knowledge to further explore business improvement opportunities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
POS visit
Perform regular visit to POS and generate timely feedback to Retail manager
POS new opening support
on-site support to ensure opening success
Provide timely feedback to regional team and make follow up
Help meet POS sales target
Follow up the monthly sales target, provide enhancement suggestions in his or her own field.
Deliver proper analysis to POS performance and give feedback to management and sales team
Provide adequate support to Cartier specialist regional team
Coordinate with internal functions such as training, CRM, marketing to help POS operation and sales;
Develop new skills and new workflow to improve retail efficiency
Other ad-hoc project (such as Mirror) to follow up with retail manager’s assignment
On top of RISE project, build up new partnership with Dealers and Landlord, foster new ways of cooperation
SKILLS & REQUIRED PROFILE:
• Experience:
2-3 years’ experience specialised in operation
Experience on business analysis will be plus
Experience on selling floor is preferable
• Technical skills:
Strong commercial spirit
Strong retail knowledge and expertise
• Personal skills:
Team player.
Empathy with customers, with very good and personalised client management skills
Hunting and curious personality, with entrepreneurial skills as a plus
• Language requirements:
Native mandarin speaker
Good level of English, both oral and written
