Regional Control and Compliance Executive - 6 months' contract

Reporting to the Regional Compliance Manager in Richemont, you will be supporting the regional compliance function to achieve its objectives, including pilot in control risk assessment, facilitate project completion and deliver control awareness training through partnership with local compliance functions based in different APAC countries. 

Your will be responsible to:

·  Collaborate with local compliance functions to enable identification of high-risk areas and establishment of internal control framework in commensurate with Company policies and objectives, local regulatory requirements
·  Assist in overseeing satisfactory completion of system and process review, user access right review, testing and analysis
·  Assist in ad hoc requests / investigation from regional and local management, internal and external auditors
·  Arrange and deliver trainings to stakeholders to enhance control awareness

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

To contribute in your team success you:

·  hold a bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration or similar discipline
·  CPA/CIA/CISA will be an advantage
·  have at least 3 years’ working experience in Big 4 CPA firms or with Internal Audit and SOX compliance exposure
·  are fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin speaking is a must)
·  have experience in reviewing and evaluation of control adequacy and effectiveness of process and systems
·  have strong project coordination and priority management skills
·  are open to occasional travel with APAC
·  are open to 6 months’ contract position
