Job description
We Recruit :
To strengthen the Group Legal department at Richemont, we are currently recruiting a Paralegal to join our team on a fixed-term contract of 4 months with a 50% rate activity. Reporting to the Senior Corporate Legal Advisor and Data Protection Officer for Switzerland; in this role you will provide legal advice and assistance to various entities of the Richemont Group.
Key Responsibilities :
· Provide accurate and results oriented legal advice and support on a wide variety of matters across all lines of business with a particular focus on labor law, corporate law, data protection matters but also general commercial law matter.
· Participate in the negotiation, review, update and draft of a wide variety of legal and commercial documents, including consultancy, service and partnership contracts with third parties.
· Work in close cooperation with a variety of Richemont entities and with the support functions of the Richemont Group and teams and liaise with and manage external counsels.
Your Profile :
· Master’s degree in Swiss law
· Previous experience in the legal department of an international corporation or law firm
· Solid grasp of the principles of law and an ability to adapt work quickly dealing with different tasks also in fields of law where your experience may have been limited so far is essential.
· Ability to work in a team and communicate well with cross functional business teams
· Fluent in both English & French.
· Result and business oriented, open-minded, excellent analytical and organizational skills
· Excellent drafting skills
· Good command of Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word and Excel)
