Job description
Based at our Midtown Office, the Identity & Access Management team is responsible for delivering enterprise-wide Identity, Access, Directory and Authentication Services to support both cloud and on-premises services. IAM team integrates modernized infrastructure with some legacy components to support the company initiatives.
A member of the IAM Operation Team, located in Switzerland, Portugal, USA and Hong Kong, provide L3 supports on Identity & Access Management (IAM) services. You will report to the Lead – IAM Operations, work closely with the IAM team members and interact with internal IT communities.
Responsibilities
· Maintain system availability, manage day-to-day operations, integrate and provide support worldwide on Identity & Access Management services:
· Enterprise Directory Architecture
· Identity Management
· Single Sign-On, Multi-Factor Authentication and Federation Services
· Privileged Access Management
· DNS Management
· Certificate Management
· Identify potential issues, analysis, troubleshoot complex infrastructure problems and elaborate corrective measures.
· Handle support calls base on ticketing system, track and communicate their resolutions.
· Create and maintain technical documentations and training materials
· Participate in training and coaching to worldwide IT communities.
· Participate in infrastructure enhancements and projects

Requirements and Certifications
· Education: Minimum BS in Computer Science or equivalent.
· Required experience: 5+ years experiences in IT industry, with :
· 2+ years of implementing and administering Enterprise Directory Architecture, eg: Microsoft Active Directory & Azure AD
· Strong Active Directory skills including multi-factor, multi-domain environments; LDAP, federation, domain trust relationships, DNS, group assignments and role delegations…etc
· PowerShell and other scripting experience is a must
· Understanding on cloud architecture and concepts
· Hands on experience in supporting identity management services in a large enterprise
· Strong understanding on identity and access management
· Solid knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and practices
· Understand networking (LAN, MAN, WAN) to support systems within large scale organizations
· Microsoft certifications
· Other professional certifications are an asset
Others
· Business trips on request maybe required
· Frequent travel to our Shelton, CT office is required
· On-call during weekend and public holidays are required
