Job description

Cartier is looking for a CS Administrator to join our dynamic boutique in Stockholm.

As an Ambassador of the Maison, you are responsible for the After Care and Services of our clients. The key responsibilities include coordinating the Customer Service activities and the administration of files from registration to payment, including follow-up, control and analysis.

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

·  Collaborating with the team in the boutique and in the head office to ensure a smooth experience and repair flow for the client
·  Controlling and communicating updates and lead times with the client, in collaboration with the boutique team
·  Creating and maintaining an administration system
·  Managing the stock of spare parts and leather straps in collaboration with the stock administrator
·  Managing distant services and repairs
·  Respecting the image and client service rules of the Maison and applying CS process and policies

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

·  You have previous experience in Sales and Retail
·  You are results oriented and have the ability to take initiative
·  You have a strong client centricity mindset and empathy
·  You are proficient with tools and Microsoft Excel
·  You are fluent in English and Swedish, both verbally and in writing. German is a plus
