JOB TITLE                            CRM Coordinator Russia, CIS & Ukraine

REPORTING TO                   CRM & CS Manager

LOCATION                            Cartier, Moscow

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

·  CRM OPERATIONS & PROGRAMMES; DATABASE MANAGEMENT

 

·  To coordinate CRM Action plans, Clientele and Recruitment programmes support their effective implementation within the Retail Network:

 

·  CRM tools management (opportunity lists, mailers, e-mailings, contact lists, social messages, welcome and post-purchase programs) with further reporting
·  Monitoring the CRM operations through regular ROI analysis; guest management analysis
·  Ensuring the implementation of digital Clientele programmes (CLIENTELA)
·  Leading local GOAL program in Internal and External boutiques (to develop and increase clients’ loyalty)
·  Preparing analysis for Retail, Marketing or other departments upon request
·  Organizing of VIP client treatments options calendar
·  Strong collaboration with the Clients Relation Center
·  Client Data project active participation (quality, quantity, training for boutiques)
·  Developing Client knowledge through database screening in line with international guidelines
·  Contribution in Client Marketing projects
·  Active participation in launches, boutiques openings and other projects

 

·  REPORTINGS

 

·  To support sales through KPIs follow up and targeted clients lists for Boutiques

 

·  To ensure and to follow up monthly and punctual KPIs reporting (CDB fill in rate, GOAL, E-CRM report, dashboards)
·  Preparing opportunity contact lists for Boutiques
·  Managing CRM KPIs follow up

 

YOUR PROFILE

 

·  Higher education, economics/social studies preferably
·  Experience in CRM development or in Retail 1-2 years as a plus
·  Strong self-motivation
·  Excellent project management and planning skills
·  Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functions
·  Strong agility and learning capability
·  Focused, target-oriented with a high attention to detail
·  Ability to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment
·  Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint))
·  Fluent English as a must, native Russian
