JOB TITLE               Cartier HR Coordinator
REPORTING TO        HR Manager (HRBP of Cartier Korea)
LOCATION              Seoul, Korea

JOB DESCRIPTION UPDATE:  Oct 2020

 
MAIN PURPOSE
This position is responsible for Boutique Staff Recruitment, People engagement Projects, Personnel Data Management and routine HR operational & administrative jobs, etc.

 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Key responsibility 1. Recruiting Boutique Staffs
- Build the candidate pipeline for boutique sales position
- Handling overall recruitment process such as resume screening,1st interview, 2nd interview and remuneration offer communication with candidates for BTQ sales force positions (non-manager level)
- Hiring related documentation collecting and filing such as Candidate Summary, Salary proposal, Hiring Request, Referral Program and pre-employment screening for boutique positions
- Follow-up post-hiring process & administration such as preparing Employee Agreement, Personnel Announcement, Probationary review and Orientation program for boutique Positions

Key responsibility 2. Employee engagement project  
- Lead or coordinate the People Engagement program under supervision of HR manager
- Co-work with Communication team and internal communication manager for CSR initiatives
- Suggest and lead culture campaign and program to change the way of working which could be related with Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) or Decentralization & Empowerment

Key responsibility 3. Boutique C&B coordination  
- Coordinate with payroll team to ensure a smooth and efficient payroll operations (variable compensation, overtime, expatriate compensation, special payments)
- Following up Long Service Award
- Following up Flexible benefit card payment process for boutique employees

Key responsibility 4.  Personnel information & HRIS Data Management
- Check and file all employment document in accordance with policies
- Process and verify pre-employment screening through service provider
- Collect termination letter and input exit interview results in the system
- Update on/off-boarding schedules and personnel or organizational changes in SAP
- Update and maintain organization charts in line with personnel changes
- Register new vendor account and create purchase order request in SAP
- Answer questions regarding leave request and check staff purchase in HRSM
- Monitor and Maintain supporting document for Annual leave /Special leave/Maternity leave/Childcare leave/Compensation leave

Key responsibility 5.  Policies and procedures & HR Projects F/up
- Maintain Policies and Procedures to be updated in line with Group guideline and local regulation under supervision of HR manager
- Answer to employees questions regarding HR policy and procedures
- Support HR projects in line with yearly HR plan under supervision of HR manager

Qualification
- At least 0~3 years of experience in HR Field
- Luxury industry background is a plus
- Good written and verbal communication skill in Korean and English both
- Interpersonal Communication Savvy (EQ and Interpersonal Sensitivity)
- High level of energy and Dynamics
- Dealing with Ambiguity
- Integrity on dealing with confidentiality
- Resilience
- SAP experience preferred
- MS Office skills are required
- Bachelor’s degree
