Rexel Group is seeking for a Group FP&A Operations Analyst, within the Group FP&A team based in Paris HQ. Responsible for IT, Digital & Transformation topics, you will closely work with corporate and country operations teams to analyze IT, Digital & Transformation performances, contributing to group performance monitoring.
Main Activities :
HQ Scope:
* Monitor IT, Digital & Transformation HQ Budgets (Opex & Capex), including quarterly forecasts & 3 years plan
* Provide financial information for monthly closings (ensure spending, set up accruals)
* Prepare key reports & deliverables supporting operational decisions
* Be a real business partner of HQ Operations Teams to deliver services to countries
* Coordinate Intercompany flows database, closely with Tax & Accounting Department
Countries Scope:
* Consolidate monthly performance analysis, variance vs LY, budgets & latest forecasts regarding IT, Digital (several reportings on: Sales, Opex, Capex, Customers, KPIs, etc)
* Challenge country budgets & forecasts, identifying risks & opportunities for the Group
* Prepare key reports & deliverables supporting global operational decisions
* Active monitoring of operational KPIs
* Contribute others operational reports, to business cases & Investment Committees deck reviews

Profil recherché
The ideal candidate should possess:
* 3 - 5 years professional work experience in Finance
* Advanced Excel Skills & IT System/BI Tools appetite (tools: Qualiac, SAP BFC, Cognos)
* Operations driven, excellent analytical & modelling skills
* Good communication skills, with highest humble & ethical standards
* Willingness to build strong trusted working relationship with HQ & Countries partners
* The ambition to achieve an excellent outcome, with a solid team spirit
