Role overview:

Tradedoubler are expanding their FR Sales team with the addition of a Programmatic Sales Manager. The role requires a highly experienced, analytical, creative and innovative client-focused sales individual who is able to work internally across different teams as well as create new client relationships and manage existing client partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in ad exchanges, DSPs, ad servers, or trading platforms and will have a strong understanding of the online advertising industry/eco-system including RTB/Programmatic.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Programmatic revenue of the TD ENGAGE solutions suite (desktop, video and mobile).
• Build, maintain and manage relationships new and existing clients.
• Translate market feedback into product requirements, and collect market data and information to help guide our overall strategies.
• Closely monitor deal performance and be proactive in addressing new opportunities.
• Help develop Programmatic sales collateral.

Key Professional Requirements:

• Experience selling to Clients Direct and/or Agencies
• Experience of working in a programmatic/RTB environment
• Ideally coming from a DSP, Trading Desk, AdTech or MarTech Company.
• Exceptional experience in sales or business development with the figures to support it.
• Analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends, trouble shoot, and make strategic business recommendations.
• Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
• Proactive independent, highly motivated self-starter with an eye for detail.

• In possession of excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• French and English required
