This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join a dynamic, international Central Client Management team at Tradedoubler's Paris office. Digital marketing is a challenging, fast-paced, constantly-evolving market place and this entry level role offers successful applicants the opportunity to learn a wide variety of new skills. Full training is provided for all new employees and there are good opportunities for personal development within the company.

The role incorporates a variety of administrative, financial and management responsibilities and includes overseeing relationships with all key stakeholders (Advertisers/Client, Publishers and Agencies) across Europe and beyond.



Key responsibilities

• Respond to client enquiries in an efficient and professional manner within agreed service level agreements (SLAs) whilst maintaining quality
• Logging all client enquires via the internal system
• Document and undertake all client requirements, ensuring accurate records are maintained
• Management of invoicing administration
• Monitor and audit the performance of programs via Tradedoubler's proprietary reporting intelligence suite
• Manage the deployment of:
o marketing creative (advertisements)
o affiliate communications (newsletters)
o offers (voucher codes)
o commissions
• Ensure the consistent delivery of projects within set timeframes
• Attend regular calls with clients to assess customer satisfaction, provide consultancy and discuss new strategies
• Identification of client development opportunities
• Promotion of partnerships, offers and events between key web sites and advertisers
• Working to monthly and quarterly targets on a market and a team level
