We are a newly founded private members' club in London exploring how the psychology of motorsports can enhance leadership. Fuelled heavily by passion, we are committed to advancing humanity by connecting a very premier and private network of some of the most driven people on the planet across Gen Y, X + Z and we curate incredibly exhilarating experiences for them in partnership with the military.

As we are a small startup, your role will encompass all areas of the business from marketing to logistics to sponsorship to sales and more shadowing the CEO.

Some examples of tasks would be:

-assisting with website and app design
-membership reorganisation and structure
-curation of unique video content
-assisting with sponsorship strategies
-help establish clear budgetary planning

Desired profile

-Knowledge of the automotive industry is a must
-Work experience with luxury automotive companies is preferred
-You must be able to demonstrate previous experience in hospitality and events
-Experience serving in the military is an added bonus but not mandatory
-3 A levels or equivalent from grade B upwards if applying aged 18-19
-Otherwise a 2:1 result in a degree or relevant work experience
-Fluency in more than one language is preferred
-Ability to keep calm under pressure and think outside of the box for solutions
-Any experience working with philanthropic initiatives is also an added bonus
-Driving license is required

After a few weeks of training, you can work remotely around your schedule - although a minimum of 20 hours per week is required and attendance at events which are typically on weekends mandatory.
