The Red Bull Wings Team is a fun-loving, entrepreneurial, charming and dynamic group at the heart of Red Bull's marketing strategy. Our Wings ensure an unforgettable consumer experience, acting as Red Bull brand ambassadors through product trial and events across their region. They also support our On and Off Premise Sales through sales drives, merchandising and other sales support activities. Wings Team Members are the face of the Red Bull brand.

·  Act as the Product and Brand Expert

Proactively communicate product functionality, efficacy and benefits

Confidently and reactively answer any product or brand questions or concerns from consumers

Understand our product portfolio and introduce appropriate product offers to our consumers

Find appropriate ways to introduce the World of Red Bull to consumers at the right time

Engage with consumers via social media platforms and encourage interaction with Red Bull social channels in a natural way ensuring brand tonality

 

·  Be the Face of the Brand

Be the face of the Brand at Red Bull events to maximize product trial and leave attendees with positive brand experience

Represent the brand in a premium way to ensure a consistent brand image

Drive a positive and charming brand image by creating smiles

 

·  Support our Sales Teams

Support On- and Off-Premise departments in various sales support activities in order to excite the trade, stimulate sales and keep Red Bull top of mind among these sales outlets.

Build distribution and visibility during Sales Drive missions

 

·  Plan & Execute Smart, Effective & Strategic Missions

Know your city and region, understand our target group

Involvement and ownership of targets and strategic direction of program

Recognise situations and opportunities that are suitable for the program

Provide insight to manager on consumer feedback and concerns about the product, locations and sampling opportunities

Involvement in finding new and creative ways of reaching consumers, including innovative tools or projects

Plan and report sampling activities with accuracy

Achieve set goals and meet all deadlines

Deliver executional excellence and exhibit love for the details in all areas of their role

 

·  Health & Safety

Protect yourself, your fellow workers and any other party from unsafe situations

Actively encourage safe and healthy behaviour from your work colleagues.

Report incidents, including near misses, whether or not these incidents involve injury.

Participate in training and practicing safe work methods

Be physically able to sit for extended periods of time in the Red Bull Mini Cooper during missions with long drive times.

Stand and remain mobile for day-long sampling missions, walking distances of up to 5kms and carrying Red Bull product.

Lift/carry a minimum of 1 tray of Red Bull (4kg).
