Red Bull is looking for ambitious, top-performing college students to work alongside our most innovative Marketing, Sales, and Business specialists! These internships will provide unique opportunities to gain hands-on capability and insight into the daily operations of growing a global brand. Responsibilities will vary, but at the end of the day this experience is what you make of it.

·  Want an enriching, hands-on learning experience in a fast-paced, dynamic organization?

·  You will take away a basic knowledge of the key levers within the Red Bull business, with specific emphasis on how leveraging people & engagement initiatives can play a key factor in contributing to the business achieving its goals. 

·  Develop an understanding of how effective communication, investing in your teams/direct reports, and enhancing management capabilities drives employee involvement, satisfaction, retention and higher performance. Enhanced 'real-world' life skills (both interpersonally & professionally) that aren't taught in a classroom.

·  Play a key role in managing project plans, contribute ideas and play an active role in building & executing quarterly South Business Unit orientation.

·  Project coordinate South Business Unit Summer Internship program events; in-person learning & development sessions.

·  Organize summer round table dates & manage the participants list.

• Manage communications to participants, prep facilitation or discussion materials; co-facilitate at least 2 round tables.

· Very proficient with MS Office, Google Drive, and emerging digital/social media trends

· Actively enrolled in a four-year college/university

· Fluent in English; additional languages considered an asset.
