Red Bull's Striker role executes defined plans in Non-Bannered trade, Independent Grocery and Independent P&C channels as well as identify new business opportunities and grow reach and penetration in these accounts. The Striker’s purpose is to implement long-term sales drivers (LTSD) to increase the rate of sale and brand presence of Red Bull in a defined territory by following the “Power Selling” principles and processes. They are also accountable for compliance in corporate P&C as well as working with the Activator in their patch to implement the impact/maintain model to ensure total patch coverage.

Strategically service outlets in a defined geographical territory, ensuring effective coverage across all segments visiting a

minimum of 10 outlets per day.

Increase distribution in existing outlets.

Implement merchandising standards and Point of sale material to drive further brand awareness and sales.

Seek new business opportunities in all segments to drive further reach and penetration

Coach and develop Distributor partner and Sales activators (merchandisers) to assist in delivering distribution gains, new

business leads and cooler leads.


Drive availability, visibility and communication of Red Bull products in all outlets.

Increase product distribution and availability in all outlets.

Increase share of space in main placement.

Win cold front of store, and cashier placement in all outlets.

Sell permanent and temporary displays into all customers.

Implement RRP in all outlets ensuring price is communicated.


Drive compliance & over and above support of agreed National, state and local promotional plans.

Report Non-compliance in a timely manner

Tu experiencia incluye:

2+ Years FMCG sales experience is essential.

Ability to manage and cultivate good relationships.

Strong selling skills: communication, negotiation and objection handling skills.

Has commercial awareness and basic understanding of trade maths.

Competent level of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).

Strong planning and organisational skills.

Strong administration skills and attention to detail.

Strong presentation and communication skills.

Demonstrate the ability to cold call and approach

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.


Year 12 Certificate.


Proficient in written and verbal English.
