· Manage International Convenience Accounts
Day-to-day management of business relationship with international key accounts
Support in development and execution of in-store initiatives with international key accounts and stakeholder engagement
Support the transition collaboration with key accounts from transactional to strategic level by leveraging Red Bull assets and other functional areas of expertise, including category management
· Support local markets
Develop and drive Convenience channel strategy
Facilitate the sharing of best practices from around the world
Support markets via task forces and cross-market workshops
Provide hands-on support for markets on ad-hoc basis
· Manage internal projects
Provide feedback and guidance during the annual business planning process with local markets
Proactively review market trends, shopper trends, category and market share data
Drive strategic projects on promotion effectiveness and pricing
Desired profile
Your experience includes:
(proven performance in)
·
2+ years work experience in FMCG industry, including key account experience
·
In-depth knowledge of FMCG industry, beverage industry a plus
·
Strong analytical skills and experience using internal and external data sources to drive actionable insights
·
IT literate, excellent MS Excel, Power Point and Word knowledge
·
Active listener with excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to operate effectively in an international environment, appreciative of cultural differences
·
Innovative, solution-oriented mindset
·
Self-motivated and able to work independently
