Job description

We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious professional to become a subject matter expert for our HR information systems. You’ll act as interface between the different HR stakeholders and the IT department, developing processes and solutions whilst working with the most advanced technologies in a global and diverse environment. You’ll be responsible for operational tasks, such as ticket management and on-going support, but at the same time realize your potential with exciting international projects!

·  Develop HR processes and tools

As HRIS Specialist (Human Resource Information Systems), you’ll maintain HR processes and tools and together with your manager you’ll have the great opportunity to further develop and implement them on a global level.

 

·  Be a subject matter expert

You’ll act as point of contact for questions related to our HR tools and systems and coordinate all incidents. With your curious mind and in collaboration with our IT department, you’ll find the best possible resolution.

 

·  Master change and other projects

You’ll manage enhancement projects and change requests whilst keeping Red Bull’s unique methodologies and standards in mind. With tailored projects, you’ll realize your potential and master your strengths.

 

·  Give training & maintain documentation

As an expert, you are prepared to share your knowledge within the global HRIS team and your HR colleagues and provide them with on-demand training. Additionally, you’ll maintain tool and process documentation. 

Ihre berufliche Erfahrung:

(und bisher erbrachten Leistungen)

· 
HRIS pro – minimum 2 years of professional experience as HRIS Specialist, preferably gained in international HR projects in an IT-interfacing HR department.

· 
SAP wizard – knowledge and professional experience of minimum 2 years on SAP HR.

· 
Project manager – experience in project management and application maintenance for organizations with regional/international scope.

· 
Multi-tasking expert – able to work with multiple deadlines and stakeholders.

· 
Excellent communicator – written and verbal to address all levels within the HR and other Red Bull departments, including presentation and training skills.

· 
Passionate, love life, love to work, love to play

· 

University Degree in Human Resources and/or Information Technology or similar.

· 

Fluent in English. Any additional language is beneficial.
