·  LONG STORY SHORT

In this role you will be coordinating the publishing workflow for our global magazine “The Red Bulletin” together with our local markets – your tasks range from launching new magazines, developing marketing campaigns to new distribution setup.

·  Publishing 

You have a structured mind and are proactive in deliver ideas that support the growth of the brand? In this role, you will be responsible for selected markets, giving guidance in business planning process, distribution, activations and legal guidance. Further, reporting and budget tracking as well as monitoring the overall Publishing process for The Red Bulletin Brand globally will be within your ownership.

·  Marketing

You are passionate for brand marketing? As Product owner, you will look after The Red Bulletin brand portfolio in close coordination with the local market teams. In addition, you`ll be the central contact between Marketing Creative and the global markets. Further, you`ll create marketing tools and manuals for internal and external use for The Red Bulletin countries.

 

·  Communication

You are structured and enjoy working in an international environment? You will be coordinating the international communication collaboration with different local and international stakeholders. This includes maintaining and managing our global dash boards and creation of powerpoint presentations. Plus, day to day communication management and other administrative tasks.

Your experience includes:

(proven performance in)

· 
Minimum 3 years of work experience in a multi-national company in the media environment or in a similar field

· 
Profound experience in project management

· 
Hands-on experience with creative teams and creation of print marketing materials

· 
§  Excellent MS Office skills, especially MS Powerpoint

· 
Strong communication skills, very good stakeholder management

· 
Very good (self-) organizational skills and time and deadline management combined with high flexibility and intercultural interest

· 
Enthusiastic, open-minded, diligent, team player

· 
Strong affinity to the brand and passionate for media, especially print

· 

Degree in Business administration or economic studies, preferably with focus on marketing and/or media management

· 

Fluent in German and English
