Job description
Facilities Analyst is responsible for distributing all Red Bull assets in time and form (delivering visibility and support of them), buying and tracking assets abroad, managing inventories, vehicle fleet, IT purchase and administration, controlling budgets and managing services provided by third parties. Achieving the Red Bull distribution standards through constant coordination with our Distribution Partner day to day.

Ensure timely and effective distribution of Cooler, Event material and POP

Guaranty inventory accuracy and visibility

Purchase and track assets in order to guaranty availability as required by the stakeholders

Manager vehicle fleet. Deliver cost efficiency and monitor maintenance executions

IT Purchase and administration

Manage services provided by third parties and constantly seek for cost efficiencies

Your experience includes:
(proven performance in)
·
- 0-1 year experience in consumer goods environment with understanding of inventory control - Experience managing warehouses, logistics and trasportation process within a 3PL
·
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel
·
- Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills
·
University Degree (Engeneering, business Administrations, etc)
·
Fluent English language written and spoken
