·  BUSINESS PLANNING

Assist to devise and roll out the Ireland brand strategy with key focus on market research and admin support

Assist the Brand and Culture Manager with monthly marketing & Sales reports & ongoing admin support

Turn data into compelling insights, which are actionable and relevant, and ensure these insights are addressed through adequate ideas and plans.

Prepares, together with the Brand & Culture Manager, the annual plan and financial budgets in co-operation with the marketing and sales team

Manages and maintains the agreed Brand & Culture budget

·  CULTURE

Assist the Brand & Culture Manager with key Culture marketing (Music, Dance, Arts) projects & events including music festival activations, Red Bull Music Academy and Opinion leader programme.

·  BRAND/ EVENT PLANNING

Assist the Brand & Culture Manager with media planning & event branding

Lead, contribute & deliver the “brand part” of projects of marketing peers as well as on/off premise and trade marketing

Always have the “consumer” and “brand” eye in every single project and ensure we talk to the consumer in the most effective and efficient way with a strong focus on digital and social media, while ensuring that all the communication stays within the brand equity

·  TEAMWORK

Work closely with the Brand Manager & all other country marketing specialists & International HQ specialists to share learnings, best practices, align plans, share latest updates & insights

Builds a strong, transparent, trusty partnership and cooperation with management and cross departmentally with Communications team/ On Premise/ Off Premise/ Sports etc

Achievement of agreed team & individual annual objectives

·  ADVERTISING AND CREATIVE

Create branding and through the line communication for specific marketing projects in strong collaboration with the respective marketing functions

Annually review media planning and buying with the agency and international

·  PRODUCT AND PACKAGING INNOVATION

Supports solid product launches together with sales, finance and other marketing functions

Collects all learnings to share locally and with International HQ

Desired profile

Your experience includes:

(proven performance in)

· 
FMCG brand marketing skills, knowledge and experience 2yrs+

· 
Generate consumer insights and translate them in to successful brand initiatives

· 
Strong communication skills & creative skills, team player

· 
Technologically proficient – in particular MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel

· 
Structured & organized operation with experience in project & event management

· 
High standard of integrity with a passion for the brand and commitment to Red Bull values

· 
An entrepreneurial ‘can-do’ attitude facilitated by continuous learning and application of appropriate ‘best practices’

· 
Ability to focus and follow through on priorities and deliver quality results

· 
Interest/ experience within Culture & the Arts
