Graduate programme
Our graduate training programme is underpinned by a development framework that broadens and deepens your knowledge. You'll learn from hands-on coaching and an outstanding variety of work, picking up business, personal and technical skills you can use across the network, and throughout your career.
Deals
Help our clients handle any financial situation. You could work on anything from major mergers or international takeover bids, to economic crime investigations, or business crises and cases of insolvency.
One Deals Graduate programme
During your three-year programme, you will gain the diverse experience needed to develop your skills and expertise from different teams within our Deals practice, including Business Recovery Services, Corporate Finance and Forensic Services. Examples of the services we offer our clients are

Corporate Finance - we offer a full range of financial advisory services, from acquisitions and disposals for corporate and private equity clients, to advice on infrastructure, energy and public sector projects

Business Recovery Services practice - we advise under-performing UK and European companies on restructuring, refinancing, accelerated mergers and acquisitions and insolvency - finding the best way forward for the business and its stakeholders

Forensic Services - we help our clients to prepare for, respond to and emerge stronger from a wide range of business risks and issues. These include major public enquiries, rogue trader or bribery allegations, and commercial and transactional disputes across all industry sectors.
Our Deals team operate across all industry sectors - clients range from corporates and private equity houses, to major government departments and private sector contractors and developers.
What you’ll gain
Your role in Deals will also provide you with the opportunity to study towards the Chartered Accountant (ACA) qualification.
By joining us in Deals, you’ll be part of our innovative international career development programme which we call ‘Edge’. As part of Edge, you’ll receive in‑depth training, participate in international events and build your global network. At the end of the graduate programme you’ll become a PwC Master of Deals.
What you’ll need
You'll need to have or be on course for a 2.1 degree or above in any subject. We determine whether you're on course for a 2.1 based on the grades you achieved in your last completed year of academic study.

Although there is no application deadline, each year we have only a small number of Graduate roles available. We therefore advise applying early, but please be prepared for a short wait in processing your application at each stage of our process while we consider your application alongside others.
Please note the office location for this role is Birmingham but the One Deals rotation model covers Birmingham, Leeds and Manchester and therefore travel may be required. Study will be primarily based in London
