Description de la mission

- Work jointly with the Corporate Risk Monitoring department to validate the level of provisions, to evaluate the risk of new products, to assess the situation of dealers in forbearance, in watch list or in default.

Within the time expected to, analyze, assess and provide a statement (meaning a written opinion ) on the credit files before presentation and validation by Central Loan Committee :
- of credit files (rating) above local credit competences
- of all collective review of the lines (each year or more frequently if needed and also collective or seasonality) submitted by the jv's
- of all individual increase of credit line or of all credit line which is not core business review of the lines submitted by the JV's
- of all new dealer appointment submitted by the JV's
- of all proposed restructuring loans submitted by the JV's
- of all changes in the nature or level or guarantees on a counterparty submitted by the JV's

Give Opinion on new product, new type of guarantees, new operational processes.

Participate or propose the up-date of instructions or procedures related to Corporate Credit Risk assessment

Give Opinion on the level of provision for counterparties who are in default

If needed, involved in the checking of the respect by JV of central loan committee décisions

Participate to the monthly meetings with the jv's (with the Risk monitoring team) and participate to the assessment of dealers in default, in watch list or more generally the situation of the whole portfolio by brands and kind of products.

Profil recherché

Profil

Master 2 in Economy, Finance or Financial
ManagementYears of professional experience : Minimum 8 years
English fluent (TOEIC better than 800) ; Spanish would be appreciate

Professional background : Bank or External Audit plus or directly Brands (direction in charge of the follow-up of network) or Credit analyst inside PSA Procurement.

Other specifics knowledge or skills :
- « Analyse financière »,
- Automotive Dealers business,
- Focus on providing a precise statement based on swot and to challenge the opinion of the local units,
- Ability to present its statements to the Management and to convince,
- Ability to work as well even in front of urgent files.
