Your Role Specialty Areas:

SKII Counter Business Plan Management:

·  Understand the global toolkit and make local component list which is fit for China local display;
·  Familiar with production/Package/transportation/Installation process;
·  Familiar with by door guideline and master data, develop the production plan and make sure for the production data accuracy ;
·  Familiar with QC and installation standards; Lead investigation and develop systemic action plans for the quality failures;
·  Summarize spending regularly and do gap analysis for gap areas;

SKII Maintenance:

·  Become familiar with each counter type's maintenance process;
·  Lead proactive maintenance for all national counter and maintain counter in high standards;
·  Monthly summarize each counter maintenance spending and own gap analysis
·  Management maintenance suppliers and monthly review the maintenance completion on time rate;

SKII Tester Delivery plan:

·  Familiar with SKII counter fixtures and products;
·  Familiar SKII counter tester delivery principle and process, regular develop the tester delivery plan and track delivery status;
·  Lead tester delivery for SKII new open and upgrade counters;
·  Effectively monitor the tester inventory and spending vs. budget.

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

·  Work with chariness and responsibility, to execute excellence for each project's schedule plan on time and within budget;
·  Good communication skills, so as to smoothly communicate with internal and external resources (other functions and agencies);
·  Need basic computer skills, especially for family with excel sheet usage; it’s better to understand the KNIME tool;
·  Good English skills;
·  Supplier management skills;
·  Problem solving capability;
