Provide in store and classroom trainings to in store selling consulter. 负责区域内母婴渠道店内顾问的店内培训和课堂培训。

· 
Support marketing and membership activities. 支持市场营销活动和会员活动。

Summarize and analyze the problems discovered in the trainings, and improve them. 及时总结和分析培训中遇到的问题并制定提高计划。

Qualifications

·  Bachelor Degree, related experienced candidates are extended to College Degree 本科学历，有相关从业者经验可酌情放宽
·  Honesty and integrity, personal Leadership, problem solving, team work, passion to win and creative诚实正直,有个人领导能力,解决问题 ,团队合作 ,积极求胜,以及创新
·  Selling skill and counselling skill 销售培训技巧
·  Customer service and logistics management 客户服务和后勤管理
·  People management experience人员管理经验
·  Prefer base parenting skills 有基本育儿知识者优先考虑
