·  Responsibility for the key baby store customer’s sell in and sell through in the own region.负责区域内重点母婴连锁店的售入和售出。
·  Responsible for baby store business in the own region, plan and allocate the funding and resource together with distributor.负责区域内母婴渠道生意，并与分销商计划和分配区域内母婴店基金和资源。
·  Provide trainings to distributor baby store sale representatives, to enable their selling and execution capability.帮助分销商培训母婴店销售代表并提高其销售和执行能力。
·  Supervise the execution of marketing activities in the field.通过实地工作确保销售代表的店内执行。
·  Co-lead the marketing activity with distributor to improve brand impact. 和分销商共同制定母婴类相关的市场营销活动，提升销量及品牌影响力。

Qualifications

· 
Bachelor Degree, related experienced candidates are extended to College Degree本科学历，有相关从业者可酌情放宽

· 
Honesty and integrity, personal Leadership, problem solving, team work, passion to win and creative诚实正直,有个人领导能力,解决问题,团队合作,积极求胜,以及创新

· 
Selling skill and customer relationship management销售和客户关系管理

· 
Base finance knowledge基本财务知识

· 
People management experience人员管理经验

· 
Prefer customer service and logistics management experience有客户服务和后勤管理经验者优先考虑
