P&G will be hosting a job fair to recruit top talent for our open full-time and internship research technician positions within P&G's Research & Development Function. Come learn where you fit, meet with representatives from several R&D disciplines, and learn tips for taking our assessments. We look forward to seeing you there!
Requirements for a research technician include a high school diploma/GED with relevant experience or an Associate's degree in either Biology, Chemistry, or Engineering Technology.

As a key member of the R&D organization, you will be expected to learn existing tools and techniques for testing products while collaborating with team members to execute tests that lead to new product designs. We will help you achieve your goals by providing world class training and development opportunities.
Here is some of the work you could expect to learn about at the career fair:
Analytical Researchers - conduct chemical, biological, and physical tests of new and/or improved technologies or products using state-of-the-art analytical instrumentation
Product Researchers - designing and carrying out consumer research studies
Packaging Researchers - develop technically sophisticated packaging, materials, and design
Formulation Researchers - develop chemical and mechanical processes required for formulation and manufacturing of consumer products and industrial intermediates
Process Researchers - convert ideas, concepts, and technologies into commercially feasible processes
Biology Researchers - use a variety of research and development applications in the discovery of new products; assay and model development; efficacy testing; and product evaluations
