In Human Resources (HR), the purpose is to lead and partner, with each P&G'er. The role of the HR function is far beyond administrative tasks; HR people are the leaders of change and are the trusted partners of the Lead Team. They design the company of tomorrow together with the functional leaders and employees.

Mission

We offer an internship mission as HR Business partner at our headquarters in Asnières-sur-Seine.

An internship at P&G offers you the opportunity to have full responsibility on a project from day 1 supported by coaching, on-the-job training and class-room trainings.

Being a member of our Human Resources team, you are responsible for creating the context, the tools and the systems which enable all our people to perform at their very best.

As HR Business Partner you will have responsibilities for projects in one of the following areas: coaching, diversity, communication, organization effectiveness, talent development, employee engagement or labor relations.
