Role Description:
Master Data Azure & PEGA platform support engineer. As part of your role you will:
· Architect, Design, implement and administer windows server environments.
· Work on highly visible projects adding new technology, automation, and bring an innovative outlook to add new emerging technology.
· Build tools to that improve resilience of platform (Azure components including Azure SQL/JVM & PEGA)
· Work with other members of the system operations team to figure out issues in large projects and cross train the team on project assigned.
· Fulfill end user server requests, perform root cause analysis, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives which improve the user experience.
· Implement and administer global monitoring and notification systems.
· Participate in triage and root cause analysis.
· Support application developers in the integration of Pega applications and SAP/other Azure hosted application
· Test and document BC/DR procedures on a regular basis.
· Create SOP to resolve the problem and ensure process adherence

Qualifications
· Candidates must hold a valid EU work permit
· Fluent in English (spoken & written)
· At least a Bachelor’s degree
· Demonstrated experience in Azure administration
· Strong skillset with PowerShell Scripting/Automation Administration.
· Knowledge of Azure SQL database environment
· Knowledge of PEGA & ITIL practices would be a plus
