In this role, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Technology leader with data-savvy skills and a passion to turn insights into action.

On a day-to-day basis you can expect to

• Deliver real time data insights and drive business transformation/innovation opportunities for P&G’s largest global brand and digital leader

• Be the go-to trusted leader for using data science & analytics to solve key business problems and deliver superior consumer experiences

• Steer and deliver a consumer-centric data strategy, ensuring the right set of technological and architectural choices leading to data integration, activation, sufficiency and enrichment.

• Break down data silos and build a single unifying view of the consumer that enables P&G to put consumers at the center of our programs and engage them seamlessly across all channels

• Create new business models/capabilities and execute with hands-on-the-keyboard

• Lead and communicate effectively across functional and agency team members to align plans, solve problems, and deliver results. Act as a bridge builder between Marketing and IT.

• Translate business needs and use cases into technical requirements, lead the prioritization of requirements, and make sure that our marketing systems adhere to IT policies including cybersecurity and privacy mandates

The ideal candidate is knowledgeable and experienced across a variety of key Marketing and IT areas. We are seeking an expert at data management and analytics with experiencing using various tools and applications to access, organize, manipulate, and mine data as well as display and communicate insights. You’re a fast learner, can work collaboratively across functions, and have a passion to get hands-on with technology. You are disciplined in your execution and comfortable leading digital thinking within your brand team. You should also possess a foundational understanding of consumer privacy and Cyber Security.

Qualifications

Required:

• A BS or MS/MBA in Business/Management Information Systems, Computer/Systems/Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Science, Operations Research, Mathematics or Statistics.

• 2+ years relevant marketing technology experience

• Strong Data Analytics skills, including experience using analytical tools such as KNIME, Python, Power BI, or Tableau

• Experience with using data to identify business-building insights and then turning those insights into a solution or process that you implement for the brand

Preferred:

• Experience working/analyzing website and mobile conversion with Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and Google Ads

• Experience working with programmatic media and DMP/DSP platforms

• Experience working/analyzing across social media such as Facebook/Instagram, Youtube, Google Search

• Experience working with Consumer Relationship Marketing (CRM) to win the shopper path to purchase and leverage data to optimize consumer engagement, conversion and LTV

• Certification related to digital marketing, such as the Online Marketing Certified Associate (OMCA)

• Expert in Microsoft Office suite of tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Word
