Meaningful work on Day 1

As a Supply Chain Manager in the Mechelen Distribution Center, you will:

·  eliminate process losses in areas of our distribution center. Our mission is to load and unload all trucks on time in the most cost-efficient way with safety and quality as our first priorities.
·  be responsible for the daily execution and delivery of our customer orders up until the customer distribution center.
·  build strong and sustainable relationships you will use to accelerate our business through regular results reviews and action planning.
·  propose and lead improvement projects on your job scope in close collaboration with internal and external partners.
·  be part of an integrated multifunctional team in which trust, team spirit, accountability and initiative are very important.
·  get mentored by your manager on your business challenges as well as help you to progress on your personal development.

Qualifications

You are a good fit if you are:

·  Solutions oriented, customer minded and collaborative
·  Fast learner and keen to explore new systems
·  Accountable, punctual and proactive
·  Keen to streamline, simplify and automate tasks to focus on business and customer challenge
·  Proficient in French and English
·  Experience with SAP, TMS (Transport Management System) and VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) is a plus
