Junior Logistic Technical Assistant for DC in Recife

The Recife DC Technical Manager is a Junior Logistics Assistant position, responsible to maintain all Quality Standards and Processes of the DC. The main responsibility is to assure the Logistic Contractor follows de P&G Operation Standards. The major responsibilities of the DC Quality Leader are listed below:

· Executing internal assessments
· Monthly scorecard reviews
· Procedures implemented and aligned with P&G SOPs
· Assure that only good products are released to be shipped to the market.

·  Pharmaceutical formation
·  Influencing Skills – to influence and develop the P&G Quality Culture in to the teams that work close.
·  Leadership – to collaborate with operations but being tough when needed, being the only quality resource of site, reporting to the Regional Quality Team
·  Collaboration – developing a confident and trustful relationship with coworkers, been an example of leader, aiming always the best for the company
·  Quality Knowledge – being desirable previous experience in Quality Assurance.
·  Idioms – at least intermediate English knowledge, intermediate Spanish is desirable but without obligation
·  Systems Experience – already previous experience with SAP, experience with PriME would be a differentiation
