WHAT IS IDENTITY AND ACCESS MANAGEMENT?

The organization provides a secure, integrated, efficient, enterprise-wide IAM Services to enable efficient and effective protection of our information assets and ensure IT access is aligned with business need. We are looking for a highly motivated and talented Analyst to join a fast-paced, dynamic and meaningful environment. This role is a full-time, direct employment opportunity in Cincinnati, Ohio.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Service Delivery Analyst, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

You will own and lead delivery of one or more of our IAM Services, which includes enrollment and identification, authentication and authorization, user, service, application, and privileged access requests, approvals, reviews, provisioning, as well as data integrity management, and internal/external audit support.

For some positions, extensive support of SAP role may also be required including conflicting capabilities and compensating controls.

Implement an IAM operating model based on direction from the Manager for one or more IAM platforms.

Transformation of legacy IAM tools and solutions associated with assigned platform responsibilities.

Enable migration of applications, systems, platforms, and services to use IAM services.

Lead IAM service quality to achieve service delivery objectives and Key Performance Indicators.

Lead Service Delivery Associate team members and liaise with regional IAM Tier 3 Operations Analysts on a global scale.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES AND EXPERIENCE:

Good technical skills and demonstrable experience in the following:

-Excellent skills in ITIL Service Operations processes.

-Extensive experience in IAM Service Delivery with an emphasis on general IAM governance and process design and audit engagement.

-Working knowledge of at least one IAM platform in use at P&G.

You possess strong conceptual knowledge and proven ability in:

-Organizational leadership

-Business process transformation and optimization.

-Visual representation of Service Operations metrics and reporting.

-Service Operations governance, process design, and audit support.

-Hands-on operational support and troubleshooting.

-Enterprise IAM architecture, processes, and standard methodologies.

WHAT ARE YOUR INTERPERSONAL SKILLS?

-Strong verbal, presentation and written skills.

-Independent problem-solving and self-directing abilities.

-Strong social skills and effective collaborator with many various types of audiences, including working with multiple service providers.

-Flexible with high motivation.

-Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects.

WHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS?

-Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Engineering, or other technical/IT field and/or meaningful Information Security experience (at least 3+yrs preferred)

-Available to work off hours during the evenings and weekends as required, sometimes with little advanced notice.

-All Information Security roles require CISSP certification. Those without the certification should be able to pass the exam within the first 15 months of start of employment. P&G provides study preparation and exam cost coverage.
