In Human Resources (HR), the purpose is to lead and partner, with each P&Ger, to bring our P&G Purpose to life. HR makes the difference by applying your business knowledge to design a framework that enables our businesses, organizations and people to perform at their very best. In HR, you act as a change agent, you play a key role in improving work processes and in designing and implementing working conditions of the future. The role of the HR function is far beyond transactional and administrative tasks; HR people are the agents of transformation & change and trusted partners of lead teams. They design the company of tomorrow together with the functional leaders and employees.
We offer an internship mission as assistant HR Business partner at our headquarters in Asnières-sur-Seine. Your manager will be an experienced HR business partner.
The key missions are :
- Build the Site Employee communication/ Well Being strategy ( around 500 people ) and execute with excellence. This includes all communication supports, monthly Townhall meetings, Brand events, Health and well-being events for the site….
- Build the P&G France Diversity & Inclusion program for the Jan-July semester and execute it. This includes building the program of the D&I month ( employee events, external speakers… ) to enable all the D&I aspects ( Gender, Disability, LGBT@work, age…. ). Work with external partners ( AfmD )
- Deploy locally and analyse the yearly Global Employee survey in order to drive a meaningful action plan for all functions ( Sales, marketing, Customer service & logistics, Finance… )
You will be part of the French HR team, which is part of a broader France Benelux team. Daily work will also be based on international collaboration with the key European stakeholders ( for D&I, Employee Survey… )
An internship at P&G offers you the opportunity to have full responsibility on a project from day 1 supported by coaching and on-the-job training of your supervisor as well as class room training.
Being a member of our Human Resources team, you will support the creation of the context, the tools and the systems which enable all our people to perform at their very best. Through your excellent collaboration and influencing skills you will help develop, motivate and reward our people. In order to lead projects you will have to think creatively and, at the same time, be result oriented.
Type of contract: 6 months internship (1.225€/month)
Reimbursement of 50% for Navigo Pass (for Asnières site)
Schedule: Full-time Internship, starting as of January 2017 or as soon as possible depending on your availability
