Job description

The P&G Human Resources Specialist is a member of our Human Resources team and contributes to the overall Mission of the HR practice and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes
empowerment, quality, productivity and standards which enables all our people to be at their very best, so that we can achieve and exceed our business objectives
The successful candidate will be responsible for large parts of the HR operation excellence in Taiwan like the implementation and continuous improvement of HR services, policies and programs. To fulfill this responsibility, the HR Administrator leads mainly in the areas of Employee Champion and Administrative Expert.

Description

The Human Resources Specialist reports to the Taiwan HR Leader, and assists Company Managers with HR issues.

1. Champion People Policy & SOP
- Maintain and operationalize all the people related policies, standard operational procedures and systems.
- Update and improve SOPs as per internal & external changes.

2. Lead Site HR Operations
- Employee Lifecycle System Compliance: Own and ensure all the internal process & system from hiring to exiting in compliance with internal and external standards.
- Master organization data (HR scorecard, enrollment, attrition, productivity, S&B tracking and forecasting, etc) and pro-actively work with
- Analyze organization data (e.g. attrition) and recommend actions base on business need and insights
- Own enrollment planning, forecast and execution.
- Work in collaboration with the ER Manager and Legal on local ER cases (internally as well as with City Governments, Labour Bureau)
- HR for HR by representing to EWC and execute HR team capability plans.
- Market Leader for EVP action plans, Internal Communications and Vibrant Living

3. Own Site Stewardship for HR Process & System
- OGC CSA owner for HR control areas on HR operation (i.e., clean desk etc.)
- Represent and lead the business relationships with 3rd party business partners for HR operations (such as IBM, JLL, Adecco etc.)

Desired profile

-Strong operational discipline – able to effectively manage time and resources to deliver on critical outcomes
-Strong verbal and written communication skills –able to effectively communicate ideas to internal and external
stakeholders of various backgrounds and levels
-Excellent administrative skills – able to plan, organize, and execute necessary activities to deliver on recruiting needs,
with strong attention to detail and data accuracy
-Excellent collaboration skills – being pro-active, able to effectively work with others of diverse roles, levels, and
backgrounds
-Ability to develop technical mastery in complex processes and technical applications used in P&G HR operations
-Highest integrity and confidentiality, Role model P&G Purpose, Principles and Values
-Very good in Microsoft, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP HR is a plus
-University grad (Bachelor's or Master's in Management, Communications or Psychology)
-Minimum of 2 years work experience in HR field; ideally MNC
