In our Financeinternshipprogram, our primary focus is to help you grow and build your financial expertise and leadership skills so that you can contribute to the success of our global business results and your career. You will work with your manager and multi-functional teams to develop a better understanding of our business and customers. Our projects will allow you to demonstrate your ability to think strategically and critically by making recommendations to solve current business challenges.

We will provide you with early responsibility in the following areas:

· 
Business planning to set/manage short and long-term goals for sales and/or cost targets, includes identifying key opportunities to exceed current targets and how to avoid future businessrisks;

· 
Financial analysis on plans or projects (such as marketing plan elements like couponing, sampling, customer merchandising/promotions etc.) to determine payout of projects and to set direction for futureplans;

· 
Develop an understanding of key external market trends including benchmarking, retailer and sales channelanalysis;

· 
Finding opportunities to maximize revenue and grow share profitably.

Currently studying towardsBachelor’sor Master’sdegree;

Students from all disciplines, including but not limited to Commerce, Economics, Finance, andEngineering;

· 
Proven track record of leadership, with an ability to solve problems and to setpriorities;

Strong critical thinking and data analysis skills, with a desire to learn on the job in a rapidly changingenvironment;

· 
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across diverse organizations and teams.
