Job description

1. Applying consumer and market based insights and drivers to guide OGSM choices, innovation planning, and actions to reach more consumers, in more parts of the world, more completely.
2. Applying consumer, shopper, retail and market-based insights & drivers to guide retail strategy and drive advantage for P&G brands at the first moment of truth.
3. Applying consumer insights to guide brand strategy, develop and refine consumer communications and enable right-time marketing effectiveness.
4. Applying consumer and market-based insights and drivers to guide the delivery of optimized initiatives, base brands and portfolios, to drive effectiveness and ROI of P&G activities.

Desired profile

1. Bachelor degree as minimum education requirement.
2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in market research, data analytics, or consulting industry.
3. Strong technical mastery on data read and analysis. Ability to integrate data from multiple sources and provide insightful and actionable recommendations.
4. Good at communication. Collaborative with business partners from diversified background.
5. Fluent oral English. Good written English. Good oral Mandarin.

*Open to travel to Mainland China and Taiwan.

*Open to long-term career path development in Mainland China.
