You will be assigned a specific Brand that you will have a holistic leadership that equates to a General Manager accountability/ responsibility on your brand to create value for your consumers, customers & for the company.

Working as a Brand builder in P&G is not only about making advertising but rather about owning your brand, managing it end to end i.e. from knowing the consumer, identifying the barriers/opportunities to delight, briefing research and development to create protect that delivers a meaningful proposition that delights your consumers every day & on top being ultimately accountable for your brand results.

It's all about leadership in P&G & that is why you will be supported by a strong multifunctional team (Sales, Finance, Supply) to enable you & your business; your role is to orchestrate them into one Integrated Brand Plan that delivers Brand Value Creation.

Desired profile

Job Requirements:
Legally Eligible to work in Egypt
Minimum education of Bachelor's Degree with good academic results
Strong skills in leadership and communication
Good command of Arabic & English
