FWD THINK Project Lead

This role will be responsible for delivering colleague facing innovation campaigns throughout the business and measure key KPI for bottom-up innovation, working hand in hand with leaders throughout the business to build, delivery and evaluate campaigns. As well as coordinate with our partner Sideway 6 in ensuring that all key stakeholders are trained and using the system effectively.

The FWD THINK Project Lead will be the heartbeat of ideation, driving excitement and newness via our 79,000 colleagues. What You’ll Do:

In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:

·  Partner with the business leaders to ensuring all campaigns are aligned to our strategic priorities
·  Partner with Sideway 6 ensuring that the campaign are set up for success and we are getting the most out of the platform
·  Ensure that our campaigns unlock the dynamic value and feel inclusive to all colleagues to contribute
·  Join FWD THINK as an advocate for internal innovation and creative thought, especially in the realm of retail.
·  Manage and protect the FWD THINK brand and what it stands for
·  Direct and script promotional and informative videos about the FWD THINK to be shared business wide as well as creating content to be shared via teams and zing.
·  Support corporate affairs wider events including conferences, financial reports and internal events.
·  Mentor FWD THINK early careers and scale ideation outside of ideation forms or Microsoft teams
·  Facilitate Critical Path Management with each campaign
·  Support & lead teams throughout the process of a campaign planning and being live.
·  Build relationships and engage with compliance and legal throughout projects
·  Ensure good working knowledge of business-critical plans as well and business strategic priorities and how ideation can help.
·  React to competitor activity and in season trends when appropriate through ideations

·  Highly organised, detail-oriented, possessing the ability to effectively prioritise projects and deliverables whilst meeting deadlines set by management.

·  Great attention to detail and an ability to analyse and interrogate high volumes of data as well as demonstrating an ability to focus on higher level overview.
·  Proven ability in ensuring all Primark information remains confidential to the business.

·  Be a collaborative partner with high interpersonal/communication skills, while demonstrating high levels of emotional intelligence and possess the ability to push back with professionalism. Proven ability in developing effective working relationships across all levels of the organisation.

·  Effective and persuasive presentation skills, including the ability to present complex information in an understandable manner to all areas of the business.
·  Ability to guide, influence and coach others
·  Sound judgement, unquestionable ethics and integrity with high degree of transparency and trust
