Currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to provide support to Primarks Directors of Strategy, Programmes and Senior Executives of the Transformation Office
Need to haves :
· 3+ years Administrative Assistant experience
· Good level of business acumen, sound common sense and a genuine interest in the retail industry
· Positive, can-do attitude
· Maintain high standards associated with the office and possess the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
· Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio and advanced PowerPoint skills.
· Retail experience and a genuine passion or interest in the industry a distinct advantage
· Fast and accurate typing.
· Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
· Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
· A flexible approach to work and be capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
· Confident, pro-active organized and professional attitude.
· Ability to use own initiative.
Your Top Tasks:
Administration for Directors of Strategy, Programmes and Senior Executives of the Transformation Office
· Compiling reports and spread sheets
· Drafting and managing emails and letters
· Organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information
· Processing travel requests and possible visa applications in accordance with deadlines and record keeping
· Perform a series of administration functions for the Directors of Strategy, Programmes and Senior Executives of the Transformation Office as required
· Handling sensitive and confidential information
Expenses
· Collation and accuracy checking of expenses and completing online submissions to deadlines
· Reconciliation of expenses
Meeting Preparation and Coordination
· Arranging appointments and booking meeting rooms and/or conference facilities
· Completing presentations (PPT, Word, Excel), meeting agendas, meeting minutes and follow up requirements in timely and efficient fashion

· General administration including: -Printing
-Compiling reports
-Copy typing
-Emails
-Taking minutes
-Compiling Spread sheets
