MAIN ACTIVITIES AND AUTHORITIES:
1. Quality problem solving.
2. Visits the Customer regularly to establish a long term relationship.
3. New product launch.
4. Process control (Control Plan Adherence).
5. Contributes to installing preventive actions to avoid internal and customer issues.
6. People management.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND JOB EXPERIENCE:
1. Professional experience: min. 3 years on similar position in automotive industry.
2. The following technical skills and competencies are compulsory: Customer specific requirements for project concerned (VW group); FMEA, PPAP and all APQP deliverables; problem solving skills.
3. Internal auditor certificate acc. to 4. ISO/TS 16949, product auditor VDA 6.5, process auditor VDA 6.3.
4. Languages: English – B2, Czech – C1, German – B2 (as an advantage).
5. Results oriented, leadership skills, communicative, team working, resistance to stress, availability to business trips.
