Missions
· Missions
· Develops and implements Assembly manufacturing activities in line with HSE requirements, customer expectations and plant objectives ensuring optimum performance against IPIs.
· Coaches and develops Maintenance Leader + Process Engineers to ensure maximum efficiency on shifts.
· Create, deploy and track strong assembly means control plan to maximize the efficiency and development of the Assembly process.
· Create, deploy and track Performance reporting of all assembly lines, including specific machines (Bonding, Lazer, primer cells).
· As process owner, is accountable for the IMS process management (process review, KPIs management, procedure periodic review and update, corrective and preventive actions implementation as needed and resources provision for process realization) taking into consideration relevant requirements and its evolution
· Create strong Local Assembly standard to uniformize assembly machines components / appearance in order to increase efficiency of repair and spare parts management.

· Other requirements
Engineering Degree level education.
Industrial or Mechanical Engineer would be a plus
Knowledge of Assembly/bonding/gluing best practices.
Good command of English + Local language.
Experience: minimum 2 years in Assembly field.
Fields of experience: Industry with demanding customers regarding quality and delivery; Sequenced in-line supply/Just in-time supply (SILS/JIT); Large production equipment management (production programs, standard operating procedures creation, process improvements, process failures analysis); Lean manufacturing.
Previous experience in: Automotive industry; teamwork will be a plus.
Computer skills.
Internal and external customer orientated, delivers results, problem solving, time management, demonstrate strong leadership with good communication skills to lead a team with technicians and operators, developing team spirit, motivation and commitment.
