As a member of Controlling & Reporting team we are inviting students to take a leap forward in your finance career.

The Financial Controller Trainee's mission will be to deliver accurate and timely Profitability by customer reporting and Management Cost Reporting to facilitate better decision making.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Support Profitability by Customer Reporting on time at the right quality. Scope includes:
◦Monthly Material Margin by Customer Reporting
◦Quarterly Customark Reporting
◦Sales volumes and growth (over 20 million units)
◦Parts material margin including volume, inflation and cost reduction impacts
◦Business plan, budget, forecasting and actuals
•Management Cost Reporting:
◦Monthly Management cost controlling by cost center
◦Develop automatic process to issue individual reporting by cost center to be sent to each manager
◦Prepare mock up to integrate management cost budget in SAP Ingoal
◦Support new price transfer policy to update actual tools based on Excel + Opium retrieve
◦Business plan, budget, forecasting and actuals
•Provide Business Partner Support to and Customer Centers and Purchasing
◦Support the sales volume planning process for strategic plan and budget preparation
◦Provide ad-hoc analysis and other decision support material as required
•Provide Planning & Analysis Support to Divisional Finance
◦Support divisional finance team to improve continuously
◦Any other tasks within the mission of the Divisional Finance team as required

Profil recherché

REQUIREMENTS OF ROLE :

•Business School with specialty in Accounting / Controlling / Finance
•Fluent in English
•Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel and Powerpoint
•Desire to develop as a finance professional in a growing and dynamic industrial company
•Basic accounting knowledge
•Ability to understand key financial statements (PL, BS, CF)
•Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
•Ability to meet tight deadlines and juggle multiple priorities
•Continuous improvement mindset
•Accurate with attention to detail and timescales
