MISSION
Reinforces the internal Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Prevention service for preparation to transfer to the new site
- Deltatech for immediate functionality
RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Prepares the certification OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001 of the new ?-Deltatech Innovation Center
- Builds gap analysis for certification
- Proposes and identifies action plan
- Supports the responsibles for the actions, in particular for the documentation completion in the Departments
- Elaborates documentation in view of certification OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001 (end 2019)
2.Prepares the exit of the site Solvay and move to ?-Deltatech Innovation Center
- Builds and prepares the emergency response dossier, in adequation with the legal requirements and the crisis management system
- Ensures the efficiency of the emergency procedure application
- Cleans up safety instructions collection and adapts it if necessary to the ?-Deltatech environment
3.Environment Management certification
- Identifies metrics and data necessary for the local (Brussels authority) and ISO certifications in collaboration with the Facility Department
- Elaborates documentation for recording above mentioned data
- Proposes processes in view of the certification ISO 14001 (2020)
4.Structures HSE communication and reporting tools
- In adequation with the Group processes and tools, structures Associate reporting for US, NM, NLTA, LTA and follows-up of actions, including other HSE actions if possible
- Structures HSE communication information to the Associates, through adequate interfaces (TopShares, network, communication screen, mailing, ….)
PROFILE
- Diploma or experience relevant to HSE system management OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001
- Knowledge of risk analysis method
- Fluent in French and English, written and spoken
- Experience on risk analysis
- Knowledge of EU Regulations REACH, ESP, Machines , ATEX
- Knowledge of MS Office tools
