MISSIONS
- Develops the definition of Controlled System strategies of various functionalities for Auto Inergy (Leads the one he is in charge of)
- Validates the Controlled strategies in his scope
- Contributes to the definition of the working methodologies of the Control Engineering group
- Defines the diagnostic control strategies for Auto Inergy in the Control Engineering group
- As a support contributes to OBD/EOBD items of projects related to electronic control of fuel/embarked fluids systems and supports R, I &D projects needs in his/her field of expertise
TASKS
Develops the definition of Controlled System strategies of various functionalities for Auto Inergy
o Delivers the generic functional requirements (ATS) of the functionalities in cooperation with the CS and SA&C teams with associated TRL level for all modes including non nominal behavior.
o Proposes & validates potential up-grades
o Analyses & synthesizes OEM Specifications / Standards
o Builds & delivers the generic elements of the component CTS with regards to his domain
o Guaranties easy adaptability of generic control to specific components & to specific project needs
o Guaranties ease of transferring Models to embedded auto coding software development (AUTOSAR)
o Validates the specific Research projects CTS – extracted from his Control Strategies
o Supervises/writes appropriate procedures and documentation, capitalizes knowledge, issues patent proposals
o Contributes to optimization of FMEA & FTA with SA&C & EA teams
o Proposes cost savings ideas
Validates the control strategies in his scope
o Validates with the groups the solidity of the Control strategies
o Builds the requirements for Prototypes for qualification of the Control strategies
o Defines Functional DVP according to related specifications with Controlled System Validation groups (for Proto (Lab & Vehicle) & production levels) on HIL & non HIL test benches
Contributes to the definition of the working methodologies
o Contributes to the development of the Controlled System Control Engineering Development Methodology, and adapts the recommended work packages to the selected models (A-SPICE)
o Proposes up-grades and new methodologies
Defines the diagnostic control strategies
o Delivers the ATS of the functions he is in charge of, that is diagnostics (OBDII/EOBD), based ON THE Controlled System Technical Specification (CSTS) in cooperation with Controlled System Architects, other Control Engineers and the SA&C team
- Generic & specific to OEM projects
o Proposes & validates potential up-grades, including timing.
As a support contributes to OBD/EOBD items of projects related to electronic control of fuel/embarked fluids systems and supports R, I &D projects needs in his/her field of expertise
o Supports projects involving diagnosis of electronic controllers, sensors, actuators in RFQ & development phases
PROFILE
PERSONAL BACKGROUND
- Engineering degree or equivalent
- Model based System engineering is a must
- SYSML/UML is a plus
- software: MS Office, Matlab/Simulink/Stateflow, CANape/INCA, CANOE, CANGraph/Diadem, DOORS, RTC, Vector CAN tools
- Fluent in French and English; German is a plus
SKILLS AND HABILITIES
- Good knowledge of control units, embedded & Real Time Operating Systems, pump motors, regulators, automation, fluid & solid mechanics, thermodynamics;
- Deploys project and project actions of which he is in charge, according to Inpro or Inpro-R, assumes responsibility of quality, cost and timing
- Develops & maintains relevant know-how, capitalizes experience, ensures the diffusion of his knowledge
- Follows technical and scientific literature (including patents) in his field of expertise, participates to seminars in order to maintain high level up-to-date knowledge
- Follows internal procedures, instruction & templates to maintain coherence in documentation.
- Automotive environment knowledge is a preferable
- Good knowledge of control units, control units, RTOS, sensors & actuators, automation, OBD1, OBDII/EOBD, AUTOSAR, ISO 26262;
