You are responsible for

·  Following the guidance from research supervisor to establish and gradually improve the laboratory management system.
·  Develop and Implement testing instruction.
·  Develop and Implement test plan.
·  Complete the verification of R & D projects.
·  Responsible for laboratory equipment maintenance.
·  Design the test tool to improve test efficiency.
·  Train and coach new employees.
·  Responsible for the hygiene of the daily workplace clean.
·  To assist the development of quality supervisor to complete works.

You are a part of

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

·  College degree or equivalent, chemistry, environment and other related professional.
·  Experience in laboratory testing related to more than 2 years, with water purification, medical, food industry experience preferred
·  Familiar with the standards of water purification products, proficient in the test equipment and the general MicrosoftOffice, electrical products (structure, electrical principles, water treatment system) to understand, and can put forward their own views.
