Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Maintain and improve the process of mass production to meet quality, efficiency, safety, and cost and delivery target.

You are responsible for

·  Participating in NPI project for process engineering related activities including process design, process trial run, sample releasing, and process/equipment verification and releasing.
·  Handling trouble-shooting of daily production process problem, optimizing and improving production process to improving production efficiency.
·  Involving in Lean production improvement, coordinating and or cooperating with other members related to push continuous improvement.
·  Supporting suppliers/PPD to improve incoming material quality with SQE/PPD engineer via providing analysis result.
·  Requesting change by issuing related document: ECN/TAN/WI Training & guiding operators/ new operator/ line leaders to ensure they are adequately trained to perform their assigned responsibilities according to WI or procedure.
·  Following company relevant regulations, FDA regulation, internal standards and corporate policies, EHS policy, procedures; immediately reporting work-related injuries and illnesses; reporting unsafe conditions; etc.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

·  College degree or above With more than 2 yrs. work experience in process engineer role in MNCs.
·  Experience in Medical industry is preferred. Otherwise, more than 2 yrs' product quality engineer experience is also acceptable
·  Good Communication skills, self-discipline, problem solving oriented. Good command of English and Chinese both writing and spoken is a MUST Good learning capability At least basic knowledge and skills as below:
·  Process Engineering Capability, good understanding of plastic material, mould structure. Good trouble shooting skills in assembly processes.- preferred
·  Quality knowledget and skills: experience on APQP, FMEA, MSA, NPI/IPD procedure, process Validations, documentation and problem solving; Functional knowledge of statistics and related analytical tools like DOE and SPC. ISO, MRP/SAP awareness and familiar with BOM.
·  understanding of ISO9000, ISO14001, OHASH18000, ISO13485/FDA(OHC required) and quality tools.
