Your challenge
Drive manufacturing core competences and capabilities in the area of injection moulding to achieve world class manufacturing with benchmark processes and technologies

Your responsibilities

·  drive moulding mfg. technologies strategy,  roadmaps & standardization
·  developing and increasing mfg. competences and capabilities
·  mfg. competences and capabilities mapping and development plan implementation
·  support  transitions as well as M&A due diligences, investment & de-investment activities
·  identify, train and develop expert pool
·  project and performance management
·  support AME community, businesses, regions, sites and functions
·  support and drive TechCouncils
·  attract, retain and develop top talents

Your team
You will become part of the Group Operations Advanced Manufacturing Team joining the Technology team of the Industrial Engineering group
