You need to be a person who likes to work in a team with high ambitions and be able to keep several processes ongoing at the same time. This position is crucial for our business since the major part of our business are driven by tenders. The task can sometime be time demanding and we have timelines to work with.

Your responsibilities

As the General Sales Support you own the process from beginning to the end. You will plan the tender in cooperation with the local team and are responsible to execute the process with summoning all specialists. Creating the group needed for the certain tender and collecting and analyzing our answers. During this process the tender summons up to a finalized tender document with all attachments filed in. The General Sales Support is responsible that all parts are filled in and that we have answered all questions in correct ways. Prices will be put in to the tender after a dialogue with the responsible Salesperson and the Country Manager

·  Responsible to run the tender process
·  Also be responsible with pre and post tender work
·  Able to work in a team
·  Link between our Business group and local market to work with translations
·  Handle local marketing material and coordinate local exhibitions
·  Need to be used to work with short timelines
·  Crucial to have the capability to work with several processes at the same time

Your team

Our team is the Philips Sleep and Respiratory Care (SRC) who are working with Homecare products such as Sleep Apnea or Oxygen products. The team consist of a Sales team, Customer Service and Technical services. Our team is used to have a high tempo and are strongly relaying on each other’s capability to work independently.

This role is important for us since this functions like the hub in our organization. Collecting information and put’s it into a final tender document in collaboration with our sales team who are working around the whole of Sweden. You will work close with the Country Manager in this role.

We are looking for

·  Degree in sales/marketing or business
·  Work experiences with Tender’s. Preferable within MedTech
·  Used to work in an organization independently
·  Fluent in Swedish and English
·  Skilled to work with MS Office
