Job description

WHAT IS THE POSITION?

The Brand Executive reports to the Brand Manager and is primarily involved in the execution of various brand initiatives (i.e. new product launches, cycle support), developing knowledge of market, consumer dynamics and needs in order to allow the brand to strengthen its image and grow its share among adult smokers. More details on the main responsibilities:

·  MARKET ANALYSIS - Maintain a superior knowledge of the market on a continuous basis in order to identify and anticipate opportunities / threats in the market. Develop and implement specific action plans to ensure the highest possible competitiveness of the brand. Provide quarterly analysis on the brand performance with recommendations.

·  MARKETING PLAN – Develop together with the brand manager, establish and implement the annual marketing plan for the brand.

·  PROMOTIONS - Ensure that promotions and relevant materials are delivered on time as per the marketing cycle plan and in line with the Company's guidelines. Challenge the promotion team to develop promotional materials that will best communicate the brand's attributes and identify appropriate engagement for each channel.

·  CONSUMER ENGAGEMENT – Brief the promotion team to define and implement direct consumer contact activities. Continuously evaluate and further develop the ability to reinforce the brand attributes and image. Supervise the brand deployment in the field. Build 1-2-1 on going engagement plans.

·  SUPPLIERS - Constantly evaluate and select best suppliers in terms of quality, price and delivery conditions. Develop constructive relations with suppliers in order to maintain superior quality and meet PM standards. Brief the agencies in order to receive exceptional outcome while giving them a constructive feedback on ongoing bases.

·  LAW AND REGULATIONS - Cooperate with the company's internal and external legal advisors to ensure that all marketing activities are within the context of the current legislation and PM Marketing Code.

·  BUDGET CONTROL - Fully accountable for monitoring and controlling the Brand project's budget, advising about under/over spends and aligning with Finance and other stakeholders on deployment cost evaluations.


WHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS?

We are looking for individuals who are action oriented, creative, problem solvers with excellent customer services skills, and have:

·  BA degree or MBA
·  At least two year experience in Marketing
·  Fluency in English and Hebrew
·  Strong knowledge of all office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
·  Good performance level in 2015 (MAP rating: Optimal and up)

WHAT IS THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS?

The selection and recruitment process for this position will include 3 interviews, including a competency-based interview, with different representatives in the company from Marketing and Human Resources. As well as, a computerized verbal reasoning test and an analytical test in English.
