IS Analyst Systems

IS Operations deliver and support business systems solutions for the Operations Department and helping them to achieve business objectives with cost effective global applications, local applications and tools wherever appropriate.

We are looking for experienced professional who will join INFORMATION SERVICES team, while you can make an impact by develop your personal growth & progress and develop people around you. You will collaborate with business and third party to learn about the organization business process & the functionality related, so you will become the Subject Matter Expert in process, functional, and technical.

Key Responsibilities:
·  Acquire knowledge of business function and technical areas.
·  Assist in analyzing, defining information and technical needs.
·  Participate in the deployment and localization of global IS System solutions.
·  Participate in the design, build and deployment of the local IS solutions.
·  Provide maintenance and support for local and global IS system solutions.
·  Adhere to relevant policies, procedures and standards in order to achieve quality and compliance of solution and services.

Desired Skills and Experience:

·  Minimum SG 06 currently.
·  At least has worked for 1 year in current job position.
·  Hold a Bachelor degree in Computer Sciences / Information Systems is an advantage.
·  A Bachelor degree in Engineering / Business Administration with additional certificates about Information Technology is an advantage too.
·  Having experience in information technology, systems, or services is a must.
·  Quick learner of new software technology, knowledgeable in system functionalities.
·  Fluent in English, both oral & written
·  Excellent analytical and communication skills.
·  Customer oriented and drive for result.
