We are looking for a:
DEBT RECOVERY ADVISOR H/F
Reporting to the CEO, your main tasks will be as follows:
- Monitor the performance of the country's debt collector
- Report corrective actions, and any disputes that block payment
- Initiate alerts on risk management and optimization of the customer insurance product
- Ensure the proper management of claims and litigation operations
- Participate in cross-functional projects such as the dematerialization of invoices
- Draft procedures related to the country perimeter for international
Profile :
Ideally from the Grande Ecole de Commerce / Science Po / Engineering Schools, you have a first experience or significant internship in B2B business development (ideally in services or in the target geographical area). You are a force of proposal and know how to listen to your customers.
Fluency in English and driving license are essential.
